It is the objective of the management at all levels of UEC to ensure that the food and drink produced and sold on our premises is both safe and wholesome. Furthermore, we strive to ensure that the legal requirements relating to food safety and hygiene will be fully applied.
Therefore the company shall take all reasonable precautions and exercise all due diligence, to ensure that all sites are comply with the provisions of the Food Safety Act and the associated regulations


Food Hygiene Kit

The Food Hygiene Kit consists of a package of training courses, useful pamphlets, guidance and regulations given to our personnel for the development and implementation of our food safety program.

Food Safety Program

Our Unique Food Safety Program aims to secure the production of safe food, free from biological, chemical and physical hazards.
The Food Safety Program is based on identifying and analyzing hazards (HA) at the basic food operation level or critical control points (CCP); managing risks at each control point, and implementing the procedures for reducing those risks in the course of daily operations.
The group also follows all directions, regulations issued by local health authorities, World Health Organization (WHO), Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as well.

First Credentials

All UEC personnel who are introduces to any service project shall carry the valid Health Certificate, as well as the Certificate of Attendance on Food Hygiene and Food Safety Course.

Hygiene Practices

All UEC personnel receive a training package instructing them on how to apply the hygienic practices to produce safe food complying with the International Food Hygiene Standards.

Hygiene Conditions

We maintain hygienic conditions in all our services through a hygiene audit program carried out by highly professional staff specialized in this field.
